The first edition of the Talent Games started this morning in the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Zaragoza, after attracting nearly 1,000 students, with the celebration of an Escape Play in which university students have had to demonstrate their skills in areas such as proactivity, creativity, teamwork or problem solving, among others.
More talent, more vision, more future
The Talent Games is an initiative developed by INTEGRA and the University of Zaragoza, in which important companies from all sectors collaborate and with which the aim is to create a meeting point between young talent and the Aragonese business world. It is a necessary and very attractive initiative both for companies (which thus find new innovative profiles full of enthusiasm with digital capabilities, who think creatively and differently and like working in teams) and for young university students about to start their professional stage (and who put their transversal skills and competences to the test here).
After the celebration of today's Escape Play, the second phase of the Talent Games begins, consisting of the realization by the students of the Business Challenges. To participate, university students must form teams of three people and solve at least one of the assumptions raised by the collaborating companies, among which are the development of a sustainable store, the design of a stand for the most important technology fair in the world or determine what happened in a hypothetical traffic accident, among others.
The winners of each of the challenges will be announced during the closing of the Games that will take place at the Zaragoza University Employment Fair on 10 April. The lucky ones will obtain a remunerated internship in one of the collaborating companies, while the one chosen as the best challenge will also win a cash prize of 600 euros awarded by the APL Chair of Logistics Planning and Management of the University of Zaragoza (supported by the company Aragón Plataforma Logística).
